Please go over all Terms & Conditions before booking our services.

AGREEMENT:

By clearing a payment, you entered into a binding contract in which you agree that you understand and accept the terms and conditions listed below.

PAYMENT:

To reserve a date, $200 deposit is required & we keep this $200 as an security with us until end of the event. 

We will confirm receipt of payment with a screenshot and send an updated invoice within 24 hours of receiving Final payment. however we do require 50% at confirmation of Invoice (If total balance is above $3000. And remaining 50% ONE WEEK before the event date. No changes will be acceptable in Invoice, 2 weeks before event date.

If services are booked the week of the event, full payment is due to reserve our services for your event date.

We will send one friendly reminder and If payment is not made by due date, your event will be considered cancelled and date will be open for another customers.

We accept full payment via Zelle only, If paying Via Venmo/Paypal (client have to pay the transaction fees or will be deducted from security deposit)

If paying with Debit or Credit Card then there will be 3.75% processing fees.

* Deposit & All payments are non-refundable/ non-transferable.

SOCIAL MEDIA:

LP Parties & Events have all rights to use name & pictures on our social media pages & website.

*LP Parties & Events LLC is ONLY responsible for takedown of rental equipment- before the given pick up time.

*Client agrees to clear off all desserts, candies and debris from rental equipment.

*In regards to Linens- Client agrees that table linens will be free of food debris, drinks, and cups upon arrival for pickup. if food stains are there (turmeric/Oil) $40 each linen will charged.

*RENTAL EQUIPMENT PLACEMENT

LP Parties & Events LLC requires a photo of the space for rental placement. Once items are placed in the first position agreed upon by client & lp party, we do not move them again. There will be a $200 fee if client asks to move rental items into another place or position during our set up time. Once items are in place they will remain in the designated area until we arrive for pick up. Client agrees to not move any rental items from their set location. 

**Please be advised, any damage to rental products will result in fees being charged for loss/ damage.

We keep debit/credit card info on file to cover missing/broken/damaged/soiled items. If not, legal action will be taken.

•Additional fees will apply for difficult access (Stairs, Elevator, Long Distances From Delivery Truck, etc.).

BEFORE/AFTER HOURS SETUP/TEARDOWN CHARGES:

Additional Charges for Early Or Late Hours Setup/Pickup (Before 8AM or After 9PM) i.e.$200 and $400 after 12AM. (Teardown will be start at 11:30) 

PICK UP/BALLOONS:

LP Parties & Events LLC is responsible for break down and clearing of all delivered items excluding balloons. The customer is responsible for the disposal of balloons: Any balloons attached to our equipment

or stands will be removed or given to the customer by us when we return for pick up. For an additional fee & we will dispose of all balloons for the customer.

TRANSPORTATION /SETUP/ TEARDOWN:

All setups are subject to add Transporation/ Setup/ Teardown Fees i.e. 10% Indoors and 15% Outdoors or Upstairs event. (Within 20miles radius from San Jose), And goes upto 15% - 20% depends on mileage.

Cake & Desserts:

LP Party outsource cake and desserts from different baker's based locally. To reserve bakery's date and delivery, $150 non refundable deposit is required. If client don't like the taste, colors, designs etc. LP Party is not responsible for any refunds or replacements.

Kids Entertainment:

LP Party is partnered with local artists for Kids entertainment services.If you want to reserve date & time slots for services, we do require $100 to reserve artist. If for any reasons, client cancels entertainment services, $100 is non refundable and LP Party is not responsible for refunds.

OUTDOOR EVENTS:

We use only the highest quality products and techniques to build your décor. However, due to the general nature of balloons, we CANNOT guarantee that balloons will remain perfect and intact when used

outdoors. Sunshine, wind and other atmospheric conditions dramatically affect balloon décor. Customer should have a secondary plan to include an indoor location for balloon set up if weather involves high wind or rain. High

temperatures will cause balloons to swell and there is a possibility of balloons popping. Most outdoor decor is still subject to popping, frosting or fogging/oxidation of the colors, and/or movement from the wind. If inclement weather conditions make it difficult or impossible to produce as specified we will do our best to be flexible with providing decor alternatives. It is clearly understood that there will be no refunds or discounts or loss, breakage or failure to produce due to factors outside and beyond our control. All Sales are Final.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the event of the party having to be rescheduled or cancelled, LP Party & Events LLC will not issue a refund. We do offer one date change if we are given enough notice (4 weeks notice minimum) and we have date available.

INDEMNITY/HOLD HARMLESS

Customer will take all necessary precautions regarding the items rented, and protect all persons and property from injury and damage.

Customer agrees to hold harmless LP Parties & Events LLC against any and all liability, claims, judgments, attorney fees, and costs, of every kind and nature, including, but not limited, to injuries or death to person and damage to property, arising out of the use, maintenance, instructions, possession, ownership or rental of the items rented.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE-DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY

Customer is fully aware and acknowledges there is a risk of injury or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items rented hereunder and herby elects to voluntarily enter into this rental agreement and assumer all of theabove risks of injury or damage.Customer agrees to release and discharge LP Parties & Events LLC from any and all responsibility or liability from such injury and or damage arising out of the use or operation of the rental items. Customer further agrees to waiver, release and discharge any & all claims from injury or damage against LP Parties & Events LLC which customer otherwise may be entitled to assert.
